60 Day Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with your lenses, within 60 days of your purchase, we will remake the lenses one time at no charge. If you still cannot adapt to your specialty lens after the no charge replacement, we will determine the next best steps for you.
If you decide that you are not satisfied with your new frames for any reason, we will exchange them for any other frame. Should you choose a frame at a higher cost, you will be responsible for any overages. There will be a $50 regrinding fee for the lenses when the new frame is chosen.
If you have a change in your prescription, within the first 60 days, we will review your prescription needs and make any necessary changes, one time, at no additional charge.
1 Year Warranty
All frames purchased from us are guaranteed against breakage for one year. If your frame breaks for any reason, return the broken parts, and your frame will be repaired at no cost to you. Each frame can be replaced once within the warranty period. Discontinued Frames carry no warranty.
All lenses purchased from us are guaranteed against everyday scratches for one year. If your lenses get scratched for any reason, return the scratched lenses, and we will remake them at no cost to you. Each set of lenses can be replaced once within the warranty period. Blue Light frames and lens packages carry no warranty.
Cleaning and Adjustments
We offer complementary cleaning and adjustments for as long as you own your glasses. We will adjust and clean them whenever necessary, to ensure they fit properly and comfortably. We can also make minor repairs when needed.
